We know some of our clients are animal lovers; however, we highly recommend all animals are put away in cages. Having your animals put away will ensure that your home is cleaned properly and prevent your pets from getting into any chemicals.
I need to cancel my appointment what should I do?
We understand that circumstances arise that can't be controlled and if your appointment must be canceled please do so 24hrs BEFORE appointment. If appointment is cancelled 24hrs before appointment there will be a full refund. If your appointment is canceled LESS than 24hrs appointment can be rescheduled for a later date. When a appointment is rescheduled or canceled less than 24hrs before appointment there will be NO refund just a reschedule of appointment or a credit on the account until used at later appointment date.
Is there anything I should do to prepare for my visit?
Yes. To keep to the schedule of your appointment please keep these notes in mind. If there are any large items; such as, boxes, floor clothing containers, etc. please place them in a position where floors are still accessible to be cleaned. If there are multiple people in the home we ask that everyone stay in one part of the house to minimize back tracking of cleaned area. If there are any questions or concerns please feel free to ask. There is no question too small or big. We are here to accommodate you.
What areas do you service?
We are located in Houston which comes with many subdivisions with longer travel. Listed below are some areas that may help.
Areas we service:
-Humble/Kingwood/Porter area 59 North and FM 1314 ( anything past is a travel)
-Houston/Sugarland area to 59 south and Beltway 8 (anything past is a travel fee)
-Houston/Pearland area to 288 south and Beltway 8 (anything past is a travel fee)
**Spring, Missouri City, The Woodlands, Pasadena, and Webster is an additional travel fee.
